Congratulations to the 43 souls who went out in the heat on Monday, all of whom made it safely back to the clubhouse, in varying states of distress or elation dependant on their efforts on the course.
Many congratulations to the 71+ winner, Terry Marsh who carded a gross 77 with three double bogies between the woods and home as the heat took it's toll. Also to the young whipper snapper division winner, Andy Armitage coming in just one shot on the wrong side of Terry.
Congratulations also to Mike Clark who won the oldies division with a NETT 64, followed home by Steve Garrett with 67.
The youngies were led home by Del Nash with a very creditable nett 67 with Geoff Hannam leading in the rest of the pack 5 shots astern.
